FSM is a web-based futsal simulator and manager that lets users create and manage a virtual club, develop players, take part in competitions and interact with a community of managers.

3. Purpose: How we use your information

The information collected by FSM is used primarily to run the service (the sports simulator):

  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Run the game mechanics (match simulator, transfer market, training, finances).
  • Store club progress and player history.
  • Manage the granting and delivery of patronage rewards (ex: Verkami, Founder status or Premium subscriptions).
  • Provide user support and answer enquiries.
  • Detect abuse, fraud, unauthorised multi-accounting or other unauthorised activity.
  • Keep servers stable and secure.

4. Cookies

FSM uses cookies solely for technical and functional purposes required by the game:

  • Keep the user's session active while they browse.
  • Remember language preferences and settings.
  • Basic security measures.

Because the cookies used are strictly necessary to provide the web simulation service, their use is exempt from requiring prior explicit consent. We do not use cookies to show third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense), nor do we sell browsing data.

5. Providers and Sharing of Information

FSM does not sell personal information to third parties.

Data is hosted on cloud servers belonging to trusted providers and, for data related to Premium accounts, payment data travels directly and exclusively through secure payment gateways, without FSM storing credit card numbers.

Information will only be shared with authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.

6. Security and Protection

We apply technical measures to protect user information from unauthorised access, including:

  • Password encryption.
  • Restricted administrative access.
  • Server monitoring.
  • Secure protocols (HTTPS/SSL).

7. Data Retention

Personal data and club information will be kept while the account is active so the simulator's seasons can progress. If the account is closed or cancelled, the data will be deleted or anonymised, except for billing data that must be retained by law for tax purposes and only for the mandatory period.

Under European data protection law (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Right of access: Know what data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Request deletion of your account and game history.

9. Fraud Prevention and Fair Play

To protect the integrity of the simulator and ensure a fair, balanced playing environment, FSM may analyse and monitor activity, login history (IP) and market transfers in order to detect manipulation, market exploitation or the creation of multiple accounts that break the game rules.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or technological developments or changes in the game's architecture. Any material change will be announced on the website or by email to registered users.
