Welcome to FSM. These Terms and Conditions of Service govern access to and use of the website, the futsal simulator and all related services.

By creating an account, accessing or using FSM, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the website and the services.

1. About FSM

FSM is an online futsal management simulator that allows users to create and manage virtual clubs, develop players, take part in competitions and interact with other managers.

FSM reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove any feature, service or game mechanic at any time without prior notice.

2. Requirements of Use

By using FSM, you declare that:

  • You have the legal capacity to accept these terms.
  • The information provided is truthful and up to date.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You will not use the service for illegal purposes.

3. User Accounts

Some features require registration.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account secure.
  • Keeping your password confidential.
  • All activity carried out under your account.
  • Providing a valid email address.

FSM is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.

4. One Account per User

Unless there is express authorisation from the administration, each user may hold only one active account.

Creating multiple accounts in order to gain competitive advantages may lead to warnings, suspensions or the permanent cancellation of the accounts involved.

5. Fair Play Policy

FSM is committed to maintaining a fair and competitive environment.

The following actions are prohibited:

  • Cheating or exploiting system bugs.
  • Using bots, scripts or automation tools.
  • Manipulating game systems unfairly.
  • Sharing accounts to gain competitive advantages.
  • Unlawful agreements or collusion between clubs.
  • Deliberate abuse of the transfer market.
  • Attempting to circumvent or evade administrative decisions.

Infringements may lead to sanctions ranging from warnings to permanent expulsion.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may create club names, player names, messages or other content.

You may not publish content that:

  • Infringes current legislation.
  • Contains hate speech or harassment.
  • Promotes illegal or violent activities.
  • Violates intellectual property rights.
  • Contains malicious code or harmful material.
  • Is offensive, abusive or harmful to the community.

FSM reserves the right to modify or remove any content that breaches these rules.

7. Clubs, Players and Virtual Assets

All clubs, players, virtual currency, statistics, rankings, achievements and other game elements are the property of FSM.

The user obtains only a limited, revocable and non-transferable licence to use these assets within the game environment.

Virtual assets have no real monetary value and may not be exchanged for money unless FSM expressly authorises it.

8. Game Balance and Updates

To ensure the competitiveness and balance of the simulator, FSM may modify:

  • Game mechanics.
  • Player development.
  • Economic systems.
  • Match simulation.
  • Training.
  • Any other gameplay-related feature.

These changes may affect existing strategies, rankings, clubs or players.

9. Intellectual Property

All FSM content, including texts, logos, graphic elements, databases, software, game systems and designs, is protected by current intellectual property legislation.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, decompile or commercially exploit any part of the service without written authorisation.

10. Service Availability

FSM aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Interruptions may occur due to:

  • Maintenance tasks.
  • Server updates.
  • Technical errors.
  • Security incidents.
  • Causes beyond FSM's reasonable control.

11. Account Suspension and Cancellation

FSM may suspend, restrict or cancel accounts that:

  • Breach these terms.
  • Cheat or abuse the system.
  • Threaten the security of the platform.
  • Attempt unauthorised access.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities.

Administrative decisions will be considered final unless stated otherwise.

12. Exclusion of Warranties

FSM is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability.
  • Error-free operation.
  • Specific in-game results.
  • Compatibility with all devices.
  • Future availability of particular features.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FSM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

This includes loss of data, game progress, service interruptions or technical incidents.

14. Privacy

Use of FSM is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how user data is collected, used and protected.

15. Third-Party Services

FSM may integrate or link to external services such as:

  • Analytics platforms.
  • Payment gateways.
  • Advertising tools.
  • Other third-party websites.

FSM is not responsible for the content, practices or policies of these external services.
